This is how you chat now!

We have heard reports of some behavior with the chat platform that has given us some concerns. People have reported:

  • Chats not starting properly.
  • Not receiving replies from DoveIT team members on their chat screen.
  • Typing messages that seem to disappear when sending.
  • Messages showing up duplicated or delayed.

After working with the platform to address these issues, we feel they are too interruptive to continue waiting on a resolution. We have temporarily decided to implement a webchat service available from our main Support site. We have changed the link in the agent menu to point to this new feature.

Note that an internal chat from your device is still our main focus and will return when we feel it is running as fully intended. Just click the icon in the bottom right to get started!
